TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Customer needs to be at least 18 years old and must agree with our terms and conditions to be allowed to order. He (the customer) agrees to contact us with any problems he might have so we can try to help.
Effective July 31, 2014 we (Phones Parts Service) are not authorized to sell or distribute and TracFone airtime products to Locus either directly or indirectly through any dealer or distributor.
The customer is responsible for return shipping regardless of the reason for the return. Do not assume the merchandise being sold is brand new; even though we try to get brand new items any time it is possible, there are some items that we cannot get brand new and in such case the item will be either marked as used, refurbished, or reclaimed.

PRODUCTS
All products are either in BRAND NEW, REFURBISHED or in USED Condition. The condition is marked for each offered product.
Phones which require a NEW ACCOUNT do include a 2 year sign contract agreement with the provider and include Credit Check for applying the contract.

UNLOCK SERVICE
Due to the recent legislation (Oct 26th, 2012) passed by the Library of Congress for the Digital Millenium Copyright Act (DMCA), it is forbidden to unlock devices that were manufactured on January 26th, 2013 and later. Since we cannot check if your phone is new or used we want make you hereby understanding that, we will not be held liable for unknowingly unlocking a device that was made from this date onwards and that YOU, the customer, has knowledge and acting all by your own.

PAYMENTS
We accept the following payment options: Bank Wire, Paypal, MONEY ORDER and WESTERN UNION.
Prices are in $US and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct errors.

SHIPPING
We will arrange the shipment within 2-3 working business days when payment is received.
We do ship worldwide.
Free Shipping applies ONLY for shipping to US addresses and where the item description is says.
We only ship items to your given/provided address by you during payment check out. Your understanding will be appreciated!

TAX - FLORIDA CUSTOMERS - SALES TAX (Shipping within the state of Florida):
We are required to collect Sales tax in Florida. Orders are accepted with the understanding that such taxes and charges shall be added, as required by law.
Florida Departement of Revenue says: "Sales tax dealers must collect discretionary sales surtax and the 6 percent state sales tax from the purchaser at the time of sale.

The local discretionary sales surtax (also referred to as a local option tax) is levied by counties and enacted by ordinance or referendum.

Unfortunately, our Checkout system does not recognize these Discretionary Sales Surtax.
Therefore if you are a FL Resident, please let us know beforehand which FL County you want to have your order shipped and we will send you a Invoice.

TAX - FLORIDA CUSTOMERS / TAX EXEMPT
If you are exempt from Florida sales tax, you must provide us with your sales tax exempt (Sales & Use Certificate ) number and send us a copy of it. We will not refund tax amounts collected in the event a valid sales tax certificate is not provided.

TAX - US CUSTOMERS (Except FLORIDA)
We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped out of state (Florida). The purchaser is obligated by law to self-report and pay the Sales and/or Use Tax to the purchasers appropriate state's and or local Department of Revenue.

TAX - SHIPPING ABROAD (NON USA)
We do not charge any Taxes for foreign orders.
The customer is responsible to pay, if he is supposed by federal law of his country, for any duties and taxes.

WARRANTY / RETURN POLICY
We offer a DOA (Dead on Arrival) return policy on used and refurbished items. In that case you have to contact us within 4 working days after receiving items. Refunds are given only if the item is D.O.A and cannot be replaced. If so, PLEASE report it to us within 4 days and return to us within 14 days from the delivery date for an exchange or refund.
New Phones have the Manufacturer's Warranty, which is usually 6 or 12 months.
Phone Parts and Phone memory do have a Warranty of 15 days. In case you have any problems you have to contact us within 4 days after Warranty ended and return the item after 10 days the Warranty ended.
Cell Phones do have a Warranty of 10 days. In case you have any problems you have to contact us within 4 days after Warranty ended and return the item after 10 days the Warranty ended.
Our Repair Service includes a warranty of 30 days on parts and labor against defects in workmanship from the date of the original shipment and will be handled by exchange only. In case you have any problems you have to contact us within 4 days after Warranty ended and return the item after 10 days the Warranty ended.
All warranties are voided if returned product is found to be abused, scratched, mishandled, mislabeled, modified, or altered in any way.
Customer is responsible for all the shipping charges associated with returning the defective merchandise for exchange or refund.
Unlock Code Orders can not be canceled after beeing ordered and paid. Wrong IMEI and/or wrong Provider ID/original Carrier provided might will come back as NOT FOUND and we will be not able to give you a refund, since Unlock Server does applies to this rule. Please check before ordering Unlock Codes carefully IMEI and original Carrier.
We don't accept any returns..
